Community Living (South Dakota)

Family Support 360 serves people with intellectual disabilities. This program assists participants and their families in getting the services they need to live as independently as possible in the community. 605-773-3438 http://dhs.sd.gov/dd/family/index.aspx

Community Support Providers provide services which may include residential, vocational, service coordination, and nursing care. Community living training and residential expanded follow-along are also provided for those who are living on their own or are working toward that goal. 605-773-3438 http://dhs.sd.gov/dd/atcs.aspx

Independent Living Centers provide a variety of services such as information and referral services, independent living skills training, peer counseling services, individual and systems advocacy and housing related services. http://dhs.sd.gov/drs/il/il.aspx
